THE CREW / LEGAL INFORMATION
Privacy policy
Requesting an invitation should not leave you wondering about your privacy. Here is what we need, what we share with the club and how you can stay in control.
01 / PRIVACY
Who manages your information
The Crew is an initiative managed by an individual. The foundation is a future project, not an already constituted entity. You can contact The Crew’s privacy address about any matter related to your details.

What we need and why
See what the request asks for and why. The calling code does not identify your nationality or residence. The table distinguishes proposed sharing and retention from implemented operation.

| Declarations and acceptance | Record statements and form acceptance; they do not verify identity or age. | The Crew. | Request + proposed 7 days |
You do not need an account, identity-document images or numbers, or payment details. Identity is checked in person at the club.
03 / PRIVACY
A purpose for each use
Managing a request serves the service you ask us for: preparing your invitation and communicating the information needed to use it. Handling an enquiry responds to your message. Technical security protects the service and helps avoid duplicates or misuse.
We do not use request details to send advertising. If we offer optional communications requiring consent in the future, you will be able to choose them separately and withdraw that consent.
The form checkbox does not turn all uses of your details into general consent. Cannabis-use declarations are limited to the requirement stated in the request; they are not used to build consumption profiles or histories.
04 / PRIVACY
What the club receives
The proposed sharing limits club information to what it needs to check the invitation: first and last name, visiting day and reference. Your email and phone are for The Crew’s communications and support; they are not included by default in the club’s invitation-check information.
The club manages its own identification and membership process. Read its privacy information to understand how it handles the details you provide in person.
Technical hosting, database and email services may help provide the service. The system includes Supabase for catalogue data and Resend for email. Using them does not authorise unrelated uses; roles, access and any transfers must be covered by applicable terms and safeguards.
05 / PRIVACY
Keep what is needed. Not more.
The proposal for identifiable request details is to keep them while handling the request and delete them 7 days after the planned visit. This period is not yet implemented in the real service. This allows us to handle issues close to the visit without keeping an indefinite visitor archive.
The proposal counts the same period from cancellation if you cancel. For an issue you report, it provides for retaining only what is needed to resolve it and address any claim or legal obligation, for the applicable period. An exception does not automatically extend all requests.
Deleting a request does not delete the email you received or records the club manages independently. You can delete your invitation copy and contact the club to exercise rights over its records.
06 / PRIVACY
Cookies and security with a purpose
Technical session and recovery mechanisms protect access and preserve continuity in the flows that use them. Not every public-page visit needs a staff session or a recovery mechanism.
Optional tools requiring consent must offer a choice before activation. Accepting invitation terms is not the same as accepting advertising or tracking.
Security logs must be limited to the information and time needed to handle errors or abuse. Do not publish your QR or invitation reference: they may provide access to information linked to your visit.
07 / PRIVACY
You can ask, correct or request deletion
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. If processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier processing.
Write explaining what you need and include the reference if your enquiry concerns a request. We will make necessary checks to avoid giving information to someone else; do not send an unsolicited copy of your identification.
Rights requests are generally handled within one month of receipt; permitted extensions due to complexity or the number of requests must be communicated with the reason. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

No. The form does not request images or numbers from your document. Bring the identification specified by the club for the in-person check.
Can I ask The Crew to delete my invitation request data?
Yes. Write with your invitation reference. We will explain any information that must be retained for a claim or applicable obligation.
Does The Crew use my invitation request data to send me advertising?
