Who is behind The Crew
The Crew is an initiative managed by an individual that aims to become a foundation. That foundation is not yet constituted. The contact section provides the channel for service, privacy and support enquiries.

We help you discover collaborating clubs and arrange your free invitation for your chosen club and day. The Crew provides the introduction to the club: you do not need to know an existing member. Read the profile for area, hours, languages, accessibility, documents and membership fee.
The Crew does not sell cannabis, is not a shop or delivery service and does not provide legal advice. A club’s presence in the catalogue is not legal certification of its activities.

From request to identity confirmation
Requests are individual: choose a club and day and enter your own details. You do not select an arrival time. Published profile hours help you plan identity confirmation on that day.
Once you receive your invitation, keep the confirmation and QR private. Do not publish them or use them to identify another person.
Identity confirmation takes place in person. When your details match the invitation, you become a member and the club registers your membership in its own system. Bring the identification specified in the profile and follow your invitation’s instructions; the fee is paid directly to the club.

Invitation and membership fee are different
The Crew’s invitation handling is free for you and the club. No payment or donation is required to handle it, and there are no agreed commissions for new members.

It is separate and paid directly to the club by card or cash. Check the amount and payment frequency in the profile: Gran Vía is one-off, Malasaña annual, Chamberí’s frequency is unknown and Chueca’s is unspecified.

What you need to use the service
The service is for people aged 18 or over who already use cannabis. Form declarations are your statements: they do not replace in-person identity or age checks.
Use correct details of your own, an email you can access and a phone with the right calling code. Bring the original, valid photographic identification specified in the club profile.
Respect club rules and other people’s privacy. Membership does not authorise public consumption or replace rules applicable to your circumstances.

Changes or issues with your invitation
If your plans change, a detail is incorrect or you cannot find the confirmation, write with your invitation reference. Do not attach your identity document.
Do not assume a change of day or club is confirmed simply because you requested it. It needs a response or updated confirmation; keep the original information meanwhile.
A visit handled by The Crew does not involve payments to The Crew that need refunding. For a fee paid to the club, consult its terms and support channel directly.

Your details and your rights
Requests use first name, last name, email, phone, club and day. The privacy policy explains the proposed sharing of details, the proposed retention period and how to exercise your rights.
Website information guides you and should be read alongside the specific club information. These terms do not exclude rights granted by applicable legislation or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Do I need to pay for The Crew’s invitation, and how do I pay the cannabis club membership fee?
No. Requesting and handling the invitation is free. The membership fee belongs to the club and is paid directly there by card or cash; check its amount and payment frequency in the profile.
Can I choose a visiting day and a specific arrival time with The Crew’s invitation?
The journey is to choose a club and day. Check the profile’s identity-confirmation hours; a specific time is not reserved.
How do I become a cannabis club member with an invitation from The Crew?
The Crew arranges your invitation and introduction to the club. After in-person identity confirmation matching the invitation, you become a member and the club registers your membership in its own system.
How do I contact The Crew about a problem with my club invitation?
Use the channel in the contact section, with the reference and a brief explanation. Do not send copies of identity documents.
